POWER VEST

The Power Vest is available with three options:

• Option 1 – Includes: Auster Power Vest + 3 Steel weight plates. Total weight approximately 6kg.

• Option 2 – Includes: Auster Power Vest, 3 Steel Weight Plates, 2 x 1.8m Heavy Power Bands, 2 x 8mm Gun Metal Aluminium Carabiners, 2 x Attachable Rope Handles

• Option 3 – Includes: Auster Power Vest, 3 Steel Weight Plates, 2 x 1.8m Heavy Power Bands, 2 x 8mm Gun Metal Aluminium Carabiners, 2 x Attachable Rope Handles, 2 x Wrist Straps, 2 x Ankle Straps, 4 x 40cm Mini-Heavy Bands, 6 x 6mm Aluminium Carabiners.

The Power Vest is designed to be used in conjunction with all Auster products. It can be used to increase exercise difficulty when using our Parallettes, Gymnastic Rings, Modular Suspended Trainer or even the Battlestaff.

It can also be integrated to make exercises easier, by attaching the Dynamic Bands or Power Bands to the vest and assist exercises such as Press Ups, Pull ups, Dips etc.

Additional Steel weight plates will be available to purchase soon if you require even more weight.
